Action research is the process through which educators collaborate in evaluating practice jointly; raise awareness; articulate a shared conception; try out new strategies to render results; record their work in a form which is readily available to and understandable by others; modify actions based on data-driven decisions; and thus develop a shared theory of education by researching & changing practice.
